I have plenty of time to prepare everything and get ready for the week. Having meals prepared prevents us from eating out as much and we always have a healthy, homecooked meal ready every night! This weeks menu includes: Meatloaf with Rosemary Potatoes Honey Sesame Chicken w/ Broccoli White Chicken Chili Beer & Beef Stew Beef Stroganoff Chop and prepare all vegetables and set aside. Label all bags with recipe title, date, additional ingredients, cook times, etc. All meals will cook fine from frozen, but be sure not to add cold/frozen meals into a hot crockpot as it can crack. Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Bites Ingredients: frozen uncooked unrisen dinner rolls marinara mozzarella cheese pepperoni olive oil, olive oil spray or butter garlic powder parmesan cheese Directions: Remove frozen dinner rolls from freezer several hours before beginning the pizza bites. Place them in a warm location and cover with a kitchen towl to prevent them from drying out. Let them rise until doubled in size about 2-3 hours. Roll out dough on a floured board. Top with marinara, shredded mozzarella cheese & pepperoni Fold edges over and pinch to seal Spray with olive oil spray or brush with olive oil or butter. Dust with garlic powder & parmesan cheese Place on a oiled cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown Serve with warm marinara!!!! Linking Up with these Lovelies!
Devils' Food Samoa Cupcakes with Caramel Buttercream Ingredients 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder 3/4 cup hot water 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoons coarse salt 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter 2 1/4 cups sugar 4 large eggs, room temperature 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup sour cream, room temperature 1 box of Samoa Girl Scout Cookies Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Whisk together cocoa and hot water until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Melt butter with sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring to combine. Remove from heat, and pour into a mixing bowl.
