Baked in the South

6 oz. fresh black raspberries 1 T. sugar 2 shots gin juice from 1 lime club soda Muddle raspberries and sugar until sugar is dissolved.  Strain mixture and discard seeds.  Place ice in shaker, add gin, lime juice and raspberry mixture.  Shake for 45 seconds.  Rim glass with sugar, pour gin mix into glass.  Top with club soda and garnish with lime!

1 shot Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila 1/2 shot Grand Marnier liqueur juice from one lime sweet and sour mix Pour tequila, grand marnier, lime juice over ice in a shaker.  Shake for 45 seconds.  Rim glass with kosher salt, pour mix into glass and top with sweet & sour mix.  Garnish with fresh lime! Skinny Mojito Martini   Ingredients 3oz. Mount Gay Rum juice from one lime 1T. sugar handful of fresh mint leaves club soda Muddle sugar, lime juice & mint in small shot glass until blended Put ice & muddled mint in shaker & add 3 oz. Mount Gay Rum.  Shake for 30 seconds Pour Rum, Mint & Ice Mixture into Martini glass, top with club soda & more lime juice.  Rim the glass with sugar if you like:)
