Black Raspberry Peach Cobbler

This dessert is so easy and so good, you will probably never make another dessert again!  It's especially great for summer, when the fruit is ripe and in season.  I had a bunch of fruit from the farmer's market that I wanted to make a dessert with.  I was thinking pie because, I'll be honest, I have never been much of a cobbler fan.  Probably because most cobblers are made with canned fruit. yuck...  But let me tell you, this is the most amazing cobbler on the planet!  I used fresh south carolina peaches and fresh blackberries.

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 stick of butter melted
2 fresh sliced peaches
1 cup black raspberries
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.  In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.  Pour in milk, and melted butter.  Pour mix into 9 x 13 inch pan.  Arrange peaches and blackberries on top of mixture.  Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.  Serve with vanilla ice cream! My oh my is it good!
